Invoicing Administrator at Remote Recruitment

Salary: R23 000 – R25 000 per month

• Remote Recruitment is hiring an Invoicing Administrator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You'll own accurate, on-time invoicing for a UK finance team.

Role overview

• You will make sure every customer is billed correctly and on time. That means checking billing data, raising invoices and credit notes, and answering customer questions about what they have been charged. Your accuracy keeps cash flowing for the business. You will work UK hours, 09:00–17:00 UK (11:00–19:00 SAST), Monday to Friday.
• You will join the client's existing team from day one, with a named manager in the UK, regular check-ins over video call and clear goals so you always know how you are doing.

Key responsibilities

• Raise sales invoices and credit notes accurately
• Check billing data against orders and contracts
• Post invoices to the sales ledger
• Answer customer billing queries by email
• Help with month-end invoicing checks

What you'll need

• At least 1 year in invoicing, billing or accounts admin
• Experience with Xero, Sage or QuickBooks
• Strong Excel skills
• High accuracy with numbers
• Clear written English

Nice to have

• Understanding of UK VAT
• Experience reconciling the sales ledger
