Invoicing Administrator - Westlake at Cape Herb & Spice

Key Functional Duties:

• Assist in loading sales orders as required (manufacturing entity)
• Attend to email replies/queries.
• Ensure all invoicing is done accurately and timeously.
• Resolve Invoicing queries including discrepancies between customer GRN and our invoices.
• Filing and maintenance of POD’s.
• Assist with credit notes and re-invoicing.
• Ad hoc duties include assistance with stock counts when necessary.
• Assist with AP processing.

Required Prior Learning/ Experience

• 1 Year financial tertiary education such as a bookkeeping course or accounting diploma
• Grade 12 certificate with Accounting and Pure Maths
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar role

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Computer literacy with MS Outlook, Word and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential
• Internally motivated with the ability to work within deadlines with limited supervision
