    IR Specialist - HVAC (East Rand)

    Our client is currently seeking a IR Specialist to be based in the East Rand, Johannesburg.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar IR or Labour Relations role in South Africa
    • Extensive knowledge of South African labour laws, regulations, and best practices
    • Certification or training in mediation, arbitration, or dispute resolution would be advantageous
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
