• Manufacturing company in Pinetown is seeking an IR/ HR Specialist to manage all IR matters and ensure full compliance with labour legislation. Applicants should ideally have a Degree or Diploma in HR, Labour Law, or Industrial Psychology and have at least 3-5 years of experience in IR, specifically handling disciplinary hearings and CCMA cases. Duties will include overseeing disciplinary and misconduct processes from investigation to outcome, managing employee grievances, and representing the company at the CCMA. The successful candidate will also be responsible for policy development, managing union relationships, and handling incapacity or performance management cases. Strong knowledge of the LRA and BCEA, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work under pressure is essential.
