Our Leader Accelerator is a year long training programme where we blend practical experience with traditional and non traditional ways of learning. You will learn all about the iStore way, leadership, managing high performing teams and work with amazing brands.

What you need to qualify:

• Either a completed B degree or experience working as in a leadership role wither in retail or hospitality;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Eager to learn, develop and have an affinity for technology;
• Capable of solving complex problems and thinking on your feet;
• High energy and a positive outlook;
• Customer centric and passionate individual
