IT Executive manager at Network Recruitment

Principal financial services institution in Pretoria is looking for an IT Executive to manage Group IT and business systems requirements.

Job & Company Description:

Remarkable opportunity to lead a department and juggle competing resource requirements. The IT Executive needs to manage people, departments and processes, achieve continuous levels of improvement and increased productivity, manage and deliver to budget and capital expenditure. Responsible for a flow of interconnected problems that need to be prioritised and solved using the resources of the team. Must use analytical skills to identify patterns and trends in the performance of key performance indicators and will put plans in place to improve performance. The focus is upon the present, with some contribution to the future, which involves being consulted on, or involved in, developing policy and strategy.

Education:

• National Diploma IT / BTECH Information systems
• ITIL Foundation
• Certified Project Management Experience

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• 5 Plus years’ management experience in the IST sector supporting multi-national company with a specific focus on Africa and Middle-East
• Experience in project managing system conversions, specifically ERP systems preferably within a financial services environment
• Involvement in the design, implementation, and management of outsourced solutions and support services
• Competence to evaluate and interpret business needs and its impact on IT systems and infrastructure, and systems requirements
• IT system and network architecture experience
