    IT Help Desk Administrator

    Responsibilities will include 

    • Providing first tier support to end-users via phone, email and helpdesk.
    • Must have strong communication skills, be able to troubleshoot problems, and have a good understanding of how software works.
    • The primary goal is to help users resolve software problems and queries quickly and effectively. This role is aimed specifically at software application support

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

    • Advanced MS Word skills - expert level of MS Word
    • Good command of written and spoken English
    • Very good understanding of Office 365 products
    • Strong knowledge of IT
    • iManage skills advantageous
    • Training/trainer experience advantageous
    • Must have at least 3 years' experience in an IT Helpdesk capacity (non-negotiable requirement)
