    IT Help Desk Administrator

    Responsibilities will include 

    • Providing first tier support to end-users via phone, email and helpdesk.
    • Must have strong communication skills, be able to troubleshoot problems, and have a good understanding of how software works.
    • The primary goal is to help users resolve software problems and queries quickly and effectively. This role is aimed specifically at software application support

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

    • Advanced MS Word skills - expert level of MS Word
    • Good command of written and spoken English
    • Very good understanding of Office 365 products
    • Strong knowledge of IT
    • iManage skills advantageous
    • Training/trainer experience advantageous
    • Must have at least 3 years' experience in an IT Helpdesk capacity (non-negotiable requirement)

    Claims Handler

    Qualifications:

    • RE accreditation
    • Degree or Diploma preferable
    • FAIS compliance – 120 credits / NQF level 5
    • Maintain Fit and Proper requirements
    • Complies with CPD requirements

    Experience And Knowledge:

    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in short term insurance commercial and personal lines claims in a binder broker or insurer environment
    • Candidate must be able to interpret and understand policy wordings, conditions, exceptions, limits and excesses and confidentiality apply this knowledge to claims processing
    • Computer literate
    • Excellent communication and client service skills
    • Cardinal C360 experience would be advantageous

    Sales & Marketing Specialist South Africa, Low Voltage Systems

    Job Description

    You will be working as Sales & Marketing Specialist and will be the part of Electrification business area for Smart Power division.

    In this role you will be reporting to Marketing & Sales Manager and will be responsible for sales of Low Voltage Systems (LVS), comprising of IEC low voltage motor control center, switchgear and busway,
    within a designated market in accordance with strategy, achieving both qualitative and quantitative sales targets.

    SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration
    • Minimum 10 years of sales and marketing experience with direct responsibility of sales and marketing of low voltage systems and products
    • Strong knowledge of low voltage system and products is must, demonstrated knowledge and experience in the execution of commercial plans and strategies
    • Proven track record in designing and deploying marketing strategies and/or leading and closing large sales deals
    • Demonstrated ability for building organizational capabilities and deliver high performance / excellence in marketing and sales
    • Entrepreneurial attitude, excellent communication skills and executive presence., self-driven with networking, collaboration, and intercultural skills
    • Fluency in English language is mandatory
