Provide exceptional leadership and direction to your teams.
Delivering development projects to time, cost and quality.
Drive highly efficient and effective engineering practices in your team.
Manage business expectations effectively and support adoption of existing and new software solutions by business.
Smooth collaboration with various stakeholders - operations, support functions, IT and the development team.
Discover obvious as well as latent need for software solutions for the business problem areas. Address and find creative workarounds or solutions.
Work with development team in India - keep on top of ongoing project progress – project deliveries.

Essential Skills
Experience of successfully managing and leading a team of >20 people.
Track record for delivering complex technical projects to time/cost/quality.
Strong technical background with experience across a broad range of architectures, technologies and development practices.
Exceptional problem-solving skills.
Exceptional planning and organising skills.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Experience of leading the development of web-based software products
Experience of planning and executing projects using Agile methods (Scrum, XP etc)
Professional and Organisational Qualities
Strong people management and leadership skills. Someone who walks the floor.
