• Delivering development projects to time, cost and quality.

• Drive highly efficient and effective engineering practices in your team.

• Manage business expectations effectively and support adoption of existing and new software solutions by business.

• Smooth collaboration with various stakeholders - operations, support functions, IT and the development team.  

• Discover obvious as well as latent need for software solutions for the business problem areas. Address and find creative workarounds or solutions.

• Work with development team in India - keep on top of ongoing project progress – project deliveries.

Essential Skills

• Experience of successfully managing and leading a team of >20 people.

• Track record for delivering complex technical projects to time/cost/quality.

• Strong technical background with experience across a broad range of architectures, technologies and development practices.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional planning and organising skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills

• Experience of leading the development of web-based software products

• Experience of planning and executing projects using Agile methods (Scrum, XP etc)
