Responsible for the support, maintenance, and setup of the APM (Dynatrace) solution. This includes keeping the deployments of the solution up-to-date and secure, troubleshooting, and assisting teams with their integration into Dynatrace.
Includes the strategy of where the solution should be in the future and how to achieve those goals.
Setup, Monitor company's applications on Dynatrace for company clients
Support and maintain the monitored applications
Train users on how to use Dynatrace after implementation
Update and secure Dynatrace
Minimum Requirements
IT Degree or Equivalent years of experience
Expert level knowledge and experience with Dynatrace AppMon, Managed and SaaS.
Development tools and standards
Kubernetes and other container orchestrations
Knowledge and experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
Design, develop and implement appropriate CI/CD automation solutions.
Cloud environments and application configuration using scripting tools like Ansible and Terraform.
Knowledge of development software and tools like Java, Apache WebServer, IIS, SQL.
Knowledge of and experience with operating systems like Microsoft Windows, Linux and containerised environments like Kubernetes.
Experience, knowledge, and high skill level with Application Performance Monitoring tools like Dynatrace.
The ability to train teams on the usage of Dynatrace.
Cloud experience and working with cloud deployments – AWS, Azure
