IT Procurement Administrator at Bureau Veritas Group

• Bureau Veritas Testing and Inspections South Africa is recruiting an IT  Procurement Administrator, based in Morningside reporting to Procurement Manager.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric
• Procurement / SCM qualification
• Excel proficiency
• 1 – 2 Years buying experience or working within procurement department  

Job Specification

Duties and Responsibilities

• Request quotes from suppliers for all IT requirements
• Creation of requisitions
• Creation of CAPEX forms and send for approval
• Issue PO to suppliers
• Liaison with IT stock controller for orders received
• Receipt Purchase orders and sent to Finance for payments
• Obtain quotes and issue Purchase orders for different departments
• Arrange courier on behalf operations via DHL to various branches
• Managing 47800 for IT stock recharges
• Action with intercompany PO's for other BU to accurate costs allocation
• Reconciling all IT supplier’s PO’s and advise any discrepancies with orders for accuracy processing
• Ensuring all recharges are processed on monthly basis
• Managing all outstanding order with suppliers
• Splits allocation of IT internet, cellphones and data costs
