    IT Procurement Administrator

    Purpose

    Operating on behalf of the Super Group Operating entities, as IT Procurement Administrator reporting into the Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for tracking and ensuring that all procurement administrative functions are consistent and timeous. Ensuring that purchase orders are loaded correctly, and processes are adhered to between departments.

    Duties Include, But Not Limited To

    • Loading of purchase orders on the Navision system
    • Assisting with queries on loaded orders
    • Liaise with vendors and understand invoice statements
    • Assist with tracking of invoices and purchase orders and ensure administration is up to date
    • Investigate motivations and splits for card purchases
    • Flag potential difficulties for with orders and notify stakeholders
    • Weekly / Monthly Reporting
    • Supplier On-boarding: review entries on CAMMS for new suppliers and monitor the progress

    Essential Criteria

    • Matric (Grade 12)
    • Minimum 2 years procurement administration experience
    • Fully computer literate (MS Office Suite)
    • Good financial and business acumen
    • Experience using accounting software/systems (preferably Navision)
    • Strong organisation and planning skills
    • Very good interpersonal skills and the ability to establish, develop, and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders (e.g. vendors)
    • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

    Desirable Criteria

    • Previous experience in stock management
    • Jira and/or Confluence experience
    • Power BI
