Job Description

• We’re looking for an IT Procurement Administrator for our Technology team to focus on supporting the overall supply chain to ensure cost efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Procurement- To find and agree on terms of acquiring goods and services from external sources through a competitive bidding process
• Contract Management- To discover profitable suppliers for the division and to create partnerships. 
• To further secure Service Level Agreements between internal/external stakeholders and ensure expected service levels are met
• To negotiate with vendors to secure favourable terms and continuously update the division's vendor list.
• Capture and track assets on asset management system
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders
• Keep internal stakeholeders informed of process

Qualifications

• Diploma in business administration / procurement (Procurement/Business qualification an advantage)                               
• 3+ years experience in an administrative procurement role (IT procurement an advantage) 
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
