IT Project Manager at Mimecast

In this role you will deliver technology consultancy to the legal department and deliver on a roadmap to enhance the capabilities of our contract lifecycle management, e-signature & Vendor onboarding platforms. You will work alongside the technical business partner for the legal pillar to build a cadence of delivery & increase development throughput across a range of projects and ongoing business as usual work. The role will work across various departments such as Legal, Compliance, Procurement, sales, channel.

You'll Need

• 4+ years experience as IT Project Manager preferred
• 5+ years experience as Business Analyst preferred
• Strong analytical skills
• Problem solving skills/mindset
• Able to navigate with ambiguity/be adaptable
• Strong interpersonal skills; must be able to interact with personnel in multiple business roles
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Excel & Jira & project reporting/charters
• Understanding of dev ops processes/policies & agile development practices/principles
• Experience of working with legal or procurement teams on digitization change projects
• Understanding of CLM, Salesforce & e-Signature (desirable)
