About the Role

• As an IT Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering with leading organisations to identify, attract, and secure top technology professionals across a broad range of industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from client briefing through to successful placement.

• Write compelling job adverts and candidate profiles.
• Present shortlisted candidates with detailed interview summaries.

• Negotiate offers and manage salary discussions.
• Develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records on ATS.
• Deliver exceptional turnaround times and service levels.
• Meet and exceed recruitment and placement targets.
