The ideal candidate must:

• Have a minimum of 1 years’ working experience in I.T. field
• Be good at problem solving, diagnosing and troubleshooting skills
• Be able to work Standby (be on call) over alternating weekends
• Be hands on, with the ability to multi task and handle pressure
• Be a well-groomed, punctual and approachable individual with excellent people-skills
• Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English
• Be able to work alone or with minimal supervision
• Have good time managements skills
• Valid Driver's License 
• Have good communication and customer-service skills

Minimum Requirements:

• Microsoft Windows

• Cloud Environments
• Ubiquiti UISP and related hardware
• Mikrotik
• Yealink and Yeastar

Responsibilities:

• Installation of new Desktops, Notebooks, Printers, Operating Systems and Hardware
• Maintenance, troubleshooting and upgrading of computer hardware, software, networks, and peripheral equipment
• Office 365 Business - Setup and maintain user accounts, Provision new licenses, SharePoint knowledge essential 
• Setup of FTTB, FTTH, LTE and general home and business internet
• VOIP services - setup and maintain cloud based and on premises VOIP systems
• Maintain and support hosted MS Servers (VPS)
