The Role
A leading company in the Fintech industry is looking for an exceptional mid to senior JAVA backend Developer to join their team. This candidate must have experience in JAVA, SQL, Spring, and knowledge of Javascript. This Fintech company has been around for 30 years with HQ in Potchefstroom and branches in Bellville, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Johannesburg, Kimberley, Nelspruit, Polokwane, Pretoria, Rustenburg and Witbank. This position is based in the Randburg branch with some traveling to Potchefstroom. An option to work full time from with Potch office is also available.
The business’s program is used in South Africa, USA, Botswana and Namibia. This is a great opportunity to join an incredibly dedicated team that has helped the business grow tremendously. We are looking for a self-starter, that can lead and operate both independently and as a team. The business has various projects on the go, some of which include innovative risk reporting and modelling products.
