Educational Requirements:

Relevant Qualification

• 1 year of experience in Higher Education, preferably in a program management or coordinator role
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in both face-to-face and distance learning
• High competency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Knowledge and experience in regulatory affairs, policies, and processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Academic Vetting: Evaluate and approve or decline students based on academic requirements and factsheets.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to academic regulations throughout the admission processes.
• Student Onboarding: Oversee all processes related to student onboarding, from initial contact to advising, full registration, and seamless progression through consecutive years of study.
• Team Management: Lead and manage a team of academic officers during student engagement and academic vetting for admission purposes.
