    Educational requirements:

    • 2-3 years debtors admin related experience
    • Professional telephone manner

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Support collections strategy and campaigns from a site perspective through confirming and updating payment arrangements, including setting of broken and new arrangements
    • Trace and clear payments from debtor suspense accounts and reallocate to payer
    • Reduce and clear out all payments in suspense
    • Ensure cash receipts handled by all branches are reconciled and confirmed to avoid fraud and misrepresentation
