Manage and oversee reporting activities within the call centre, focusing on lead tracking, productivity analysis, and providing essential support to the sales team and management through comprehensive reporting.

Educational Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with a demonstrated ability to export, generate, and pivot reports (please clearly specify Excel skill level and knowledge on CV)
• Previous administration experience within a call centre/Customer service centre environment
• MS Office proficient

Duties and Responsibilities:

Reporting:

• Generate reports on daily statistics, productivity, and leads usage
• Compile reports for management on stats and leads
• Create daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports
• Monitor and distribute leads to the contact center team
• Utilize multiple systems as required by the contact center for reporting purposes

Sales Desk Administration:

• Administer sales desk activities
• Handle customer advisor queries
• Perform ad hoc sales duties
