Job Description

Responsible for managing the regional business unit and sales force in order to achieve the annual sales budget set for the unit and to optimize the branch and business unit resources as set by the sales division.

Educational Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification within sales or marketing OR relevant experience
• 1-3 years of sales experience in a similar role
• Previous experience managing call centre staff as well as marketers
• Call Centre Knowledge

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible to draw up and implement national sales strategy and operational plan to apply to the business branch
• Drive the performance and motivate of each member of the sales team on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, with individual targets
• Achieve monthly targets set for the business unit
• Implement and manage the sales management systems, structures, technology platforms, policies and procedures
• Ensure unit recruits, selects, assesses and appoint sales and admin staff
• Manage and development departmental staff
