Duties involve:
Internal audit function - drafting narratives & SOP's, SOX compliance and maintenance thereof; BBBEE compliance, assist and prepare for audits; maintain POPIA compliance; liaise with internal and external auditors and assist and prepare for audits; preparation of tax calculations (IFRS & USGAAP); monthly VAT calculations and audit packs; USGAAR and IFRS ledgers - maintenance and reconciliations; statutory compliance - STATSSA, SARB, SARS and CIPC; month-end procedures - internal and global and adhoc requests from management.
