Junior Accountant at SydSen Recruit

• We are seeking a dynamic, goal-oriented accountant or trainee accountant to join our client's team in Riversdale, Western Cape. 

Qualifications and Experience:

• A relevant post-school qualification or proof of enrolment in an accounting degree program at a tertiary institution.
• At least one year of experience in a firm performing accounting duties.
• Practical accounting experience, including processing, tax calculations, financial statement compilation, and SARS experience.

Skills:

• Advanced computer skills and experience with accounting software (e.g., Sage, Pastel, Xero, Caseware, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Systematic and organized work methods.
• Strong administrative and numerical skills.
• Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
• Proactive approach in executing duties and planning.
