Junior Analyst at Team Africa Ventures

Do you love to play around with numbers and be involved with the finances of a company? As a pricing analyst, your job is to sort carefully through data, analyze market strategies and consumer habits and make decisions about the future of the company.

We are looking for a pricing analyst to help us audit our expenses and find ways to make our operations more cost-efficient.

Team Africa Ventures has launched a prop tech platform that manages 4-5* luxury apartments from start to finish everything from check in to check out. One of our key focuses is pricing, analysing properties and how they are performing, searching for trends in the industry, looking at new areas and developing pricing strategies.

You’ll be the go-to person for cost analysis and you’ll get to prepare reports to help management make better decisions. To do this job well, we’d like you to be well-versed in data and financial analysis, and have strong attention to detail.

Ultimately, your job will be an integral part of our efforts to ensure profitability and business success.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analysing the short-let market
• Gather and analyze financial data by the dozens
• Conduct market research to support future business planning
• Managing Team Africa Ventures monetary expectations
• Make an impact on Team Africa Ventures business everyday across our operations
• Help management make important decisions based on costs and benefits (e.g.
• investments, market growth, pricing changes)
• Influence management conversations with deep insights drawn from observing trends
• related to revenue performance

What can you bring?
