Job Description

• Inspect and certify perishable products
• Inspect the handling, storage and transportation of perishable products
• Perform administrative tasks
• Communicate with various clients on own specific task and outcomes of decisions
• Accept the responsibility of  continuous self-improvement in their area of responsibility according to the PPECB performance framework

Job Requirements

• A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
• Experience in working in a cold store or Packhouse environment
• Specialist competency in container loading normal and temperature monitoring.
• A valid code EB/ 08 drivers license with own reliable transport is an added advantage
• Computer literacy
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good numerical acumen
• Willingness to work overtime and on weekends and public holidays
