About the job
The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll and conducting other tasks related to finance. They should be excellent at recording data and have an ability to product clear financial reports.
Responsibilities
Daily, weekly, and monthly preparation of accounting documents, records, and reports.
Assisting the accountant with financial clerical functions i.e., Filing, record keeping, reporting and reconciliations.
GL Ledger
Doing journals,
Cashbook,
Petty cash
Payments and Age Analysis
Supplier Reconciliations
Bank Reconciliations and highlighting discrepancies and reporting.
Qualifications
Qualification or courses in accounting or related field
5+ years of experience in Bookkeeping
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Pastel
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Detail oriented
