An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated and analytical Junior Business Analyst Intern to join a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone looking to build experience in business analysis, SAP, and data analytics while working alongside cross-functional teams to support business systems, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line support for SAP-related queries and business system issues.
Assist with gathering and analysing business requirements.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Power BI and Excel.
Extract, validate, and analyse data from SAP and other business systems.
Support process improvement, reporting automation, and data quality initiatives.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), system enhancements, and digital transformation projects.
Create and maintain process documentation and user guides.
Work with various departments to identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis.
Minimum Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Information Systems, Business Analysis, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
1–3 years' experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
Exposure to SAP.
Strong Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills.
Basic SQL knowledge will be advantageous.
Manufacturing or automotive industry experience will be beneficial.
