    Internal Sales Consultant

    Purpose of the Role

    • To provide excellent customer service, generate sales, manage customer relationships, and support business growth through showroom sales, quotations, follow-ups, and scheduled client visits.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, preparing quotations, converting enquiries into sales, and developing relationships with clients through regular communication and site/customer visits.

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales & Customer Service

    • Assist walk-in customers and incoming sales enquiries.
    • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
    • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
