Our client seeks a Junior Business and Systems Analyst to join their newly formalised Bus & Sys Ops department. Your mission: be the frontline resource for system stability, process integrity, and data accuracy across their core applications (ERP, CRM, E-commerce).
This is a high-impact, foundational role for someone ready to help transform institutional knowledge into scalable systems and enable their exponential growth.
DUTIES:
System Support: First point of contact for day-to-day system issues; monitor performance, data flows, and integrations.
Process Integrity: Map business processes, identify inefficiencies, and maintain workflow documentation.
Automation: Build and maintain low-code automations (e.g., com) to reduce manual effort.
Analysis: Gather requirements from stakeholders; translate into functional specs; assist with UAT and training.
Optimisation: Proactively recommend system or process improvements to enable data-driven decisions.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Degree or diploma in Information Systems, Business Analysis, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience: 0–2 years in business analysis, systems support, or data operations (internships included).
Technical: Basic data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets); familiarity with low-code automation tools (com, Zapier); exposure to ERP/CRM/E-commerce platforms a plus.
