Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, such as managing and coordinating workshops, driving our AI Lab's marketing efforts, and liaising with the design team for presentation needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute workshops, ensuring they align with our lab's objectives and research directions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop workshop content and materials.
• Manage logistics, including schedules, invitations, and technology requirements.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and impact of our AI Lab workshops and consultative services.
• Manage digital content, including website updates, social media posts, and newsletters.
• Work closely with the design team to ensure PowerPoint presentations and other visual materials are professionally formatted and designed.
• Provide creative direction and content input to ensure materials effectively communicate complex AI concepts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• A background in technology or AI is a plus.
• Must be able to work hybrid or in-office
