    Senior Supply Chain Consultant

    The opportunity

    • As a Senior Supply Chain Consultant you will be responsible for sourcing opportunities, developing proposals, delivering projects, developing solutions and capabilities which differentiate IQbusiness in the market and thought leadership amongst our clients and in industry.
    • As a Senior consultant your role will focus on being a subject matter expert to drive out transformational initiatives. You will work independently as well as in teams at our clients, supporting them with improving their business performance. You will use your quantitative and qualitative analytical skills to help structure and analyse the problems of the client, and report the findings and results. You will use your years of experience to suggest viable alternatives based on prior experience.
    • Drawing on your knowledge, skills and experience, you will start to build valued relationships with external clients and internal peers. 

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    As a Senior Consultant, you’ll balance internal and external responsibilities, comprising client, business development support, operational and personal development.

    • Build, maintain and strengthen relationships to increasingly become a trusted point of contact in Supply Chain and Operations
    • Complete deliverables within your remit
    • Be an active member of a core project team, providing significant Subject Matter Expertise, often working with others from different parts of IQbusiness
    • Contribute to the development of proposals to showcase some of our leading practices
    • Maintain a personal development program to continually enhance your technical and consulting skills

    Skills and attributes:

    • Proven track record of implementing end to end supply chain projects inclusive of transforming Processes, Technology and People
    • Minimum of 6+ years’ work experience in a Supply Chain environment (Consulting or business) 
    • A degree preferably in the field of Business, Operations management, Supply Chain Management or a technical/engineering discipline or similar studies. 
    • An analytical and a structured way of working, you are strong in conceptual thinking and you have a great drive and are enthusiastic. 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to engage effectively with peers and senior stakeholders.
    • Proactive and energetic, with innovative qualities that enable high quality work to be delivered often in relatively short timeframes.
    • Fluent language skills in English

    Salesforce Business Analyst

    Key Responsibilities and/or output areas include, but are not limited to:

    • Must have 6+ years of experience as an all-round BA (data, process, systems and business analysis)
    • Must have financial services experience as a Business Analyst specifically in Banking.
    • Experience in various project methods and principles (Agile, Waterfall, RUP)
    • Ability to transfer requirement documentation into user stories and integrate it into the Agile space.
    • Engagement across stakeholders and ability to run information-gathering sessions.
    • Gather, interpret, and document requirements (business, functional and technical)
    • Participate in the solution design process.
    • Participate in (ensuring/enabling) data integrity, quality, and governance.
    • Define the success criteria, document test cases, and provide support across the test environments.
    • Analyse, deconstruct and map existing and new business processes.
    • Align data sources, flows, storage, and reporting.
    • Assistance on solution delivery on implementation and training.

    Education Qualification:

    • Matric
    • Salesforce Certification
    • University Qualification, Certificate or Diploma, aligned to relevant experience - Relevant Bachelors’ Degree / Diploma / recognised qualification from an accredited tertiary institution.

    Skills:

    • Formal or practical experience in the BABOK
    • Multiple process notations
    • Business Writing Skills
    • Presentation and Facilitation Skills
    • Data Modelling based on Entity Diagram Mapping
    • Repository-Based Modelling tools i.e., ARIS
    • Business Change Life Cycle
    • System Development Life Cycle (Waterfall, Agile, RUP)
    • Quality and Risk Management
    • ACORD Framework, SOA, TOGAF, ARCHIMATE
    • Experience with tools such as Confluence and Jira would be advantageous

    • Manage digital content, including website updates, social media posts, and newsletters.
    • Work closely with the design team to ensure PowerPoint presentations and other visual materials are professionally formatted and designed.
    • Provide creative direction and content input to ensure materials effectively communicate complex AI concepts.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • A background in technology or AI is a plus.
