To be considered for this role, you’ll need:

• a minimum BTech degree (Advanced Diploma) in Cost and Management Accounting or similar relevant qualification, plus 3 - 5 years’ of experience (FMCG environment preferred).

What will you be up to in this position?

• You’ll ensure the accuracy and integrity of all documentation and reports by preparing and providing precise information. Compliance with company policies and procedures is paramount, and you’ll play a crucial role in upholding these standards.
• Your duties will also involve reporting and analysing variances, which requires a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to addressing discrepancies. Additionally, you’ll be entrusted with the supervision of staff, demonstrating strong leadership skills to guide and support your team effectively

Key performance areas:

• include conducting in-depth variance analysis and reporting, managing product costing, overseeing financial administration and reporting processes, contributing to monthly forecasts, and actively participating in the development and management of annual budgets.
