Junior Customer Relationship Manager at Merensky Timber

The Role:

• As a Junior Customer Relationship Manager, your role is to promote and sell Merensky’s products.
• Promote sales, manage customer relations, and develop new business. Report on market activity and customer status.

Qualifications:

•  Matric and preferably a diploma in sales / marketing
•  Valid unendorsed driver’s license(compulsory)

Experience:

•  At least five years’ experience in the timber industry in a sales or management role

Knowledge and Skills:

•  In depth knowledge of the Timber industry and related products
•  Personal selling techniques
•  Customer and market demands/trends
•  Customer relationship management
•  Basic understanding of supply & demand dynamics
•  Advanced levels of computer literacy in complete MS Office suite
•  Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
•  Influencing and persuasive skills
•  Interpersonal skills
•  Tenacity
•  ACCPAC & AX ERP system
