The Role

An exciting career opportunity exists for a highly experienced and dynamic industrial engineer that can project manage Production systems implementation.

• A suitably qualified Industrial/Process/Systems Engineer
• Strong project management experience
• Knowledge and experience of implementing ERP systems within a manufacturing environment.
• Systems Orientated
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing implementation
• Continuous improvement
• Manufacturing facility layout improvement
• Manufacturing Process Optimization
• Strong analytical and cognitive attributes
• Self-driven and motivated, able to operate independently
• Methodical, systematic, organised enjoys working with a structured, systems environment
• Very good admin skills
• Very good with numbers and strong analytical skills
• Out of the box thinker. Cognitive thinking skills – need to be strong or show potential
• Good IT skills (and basic programming) – database management, ERP systems, Excel/PowerPoint/Word proficient
• Able to work alone, self-driven
• Task orientated – good finisher
• Good in Project management
• Attention to detail oriented.
• Thrives in collaborative environment team player
• Good communications skills
• Business & IT strategy experience
• Seeking to carry responsibility, take decisions
• Versatile & flexible
• Experience in business/production concepts, e.g.
• ISO 9000 and ISO 14000
• LEAN Manufacturing
