JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Legal Associate within our project-based opportunities, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering excellence in legal services. Your responsibilities will vary based on the specific project but may include:

1. Intelligent Review/eDiscovery:
   • Conducting comprehensive document review and analysis.
   • Utilising advanced technology and legal expertise for efficient data management.
2. Commercial Contracts:
   • Drafting, reviewing, and analysing commercial contracts.
3. Financial Services - Banking and Finance Law:
   • Collaborating with financial institutions on legal matters.
   • Analysing regulatory and compliance issues in the banking and finance sector.

REQUIREMENTS

• A law degree from a top tertiary institution.
• Admitted Attorney with between 0-5 years of experience.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Proficiency in legal technology and tools (for IR roles).
