Legal Advisor at Hire Resolve

• A leading property development group is seeking a Legal Advisor to provide practical legal support across commercial, company law, property and employment matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support to management and internal departments.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial, company and property agreements.
• Advise on company law, corporate governance and compliance.
• Support property acquisitions, developments and related transactions.
• Assist with litigation, disputes and external legal counsel.
• Provide employment-law and HR support, including contracts and disciplinary matters.
• Maintain corporate, statutory and legal records.

Requirements:

• LLB degree.
• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
• Minimum 5 years' post-admission experience.
• Strong commercial contract drafting and company-law experience.
• Good knowledge of commercial, contract, company and property law.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Advantageous:

• Admission as a Conveyancer.
• Property development or broader property industry experience.
• Conveyancing, sectional-title or homeowners' association experience.
• Company secretarial, corporate governance or employment-law experience.
