Job description

• Assisting the PSG Chief Legal and Compliance Officer in his daily duties to ensure a high level of compliance is maintained across the firm and that legal matters are adequately dealt with.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Liaise with the divisional legal and compliance teams,
• Draft reports for presentation to key governance structures (i.e., Executive committee, Board, etc.),
• Assist with investigating legal or compliance matters,
• Review reports for accuracy and appropriateness,
• Analyse legal and compliance systems and processes and make recommendations for enhancements.

Minimum qualification

• B.Com LLB or similar
• Admitted attorney is advantageous
• Relevant industry experience is advantageous
