Junior Microsoft Dynamics Consultant at AccTech Systems

PURPOSE

• Specialisation in Dynamics ERP/AX and any related third party products.
• Consulting and supporting clients with any issues relating to Dynamics ERP or third party products.
• Helping with support calls that the company receives and trying to resolve the issues as quick as possible.
• Giving feedback on all work done to the appropriate persons and recording work done on AccTech BPM.

Business Unit Specific/Individual Specific:

• All Dynamics ERP consultants will be required to complete and maintain their Microsoft Certifications.

• A consultant needs to be computer literate and be able to find solutions to problems that are system or computer orientated.

QUALIFICATIONS

• BCom Mathematics/Statistics or Related

EXPERIENCE

• Comfortable managing accounts and relationships for multiple clients.
• Experience of presenting to clients
• A good understanding of what it takes to maintain and develop the most productive client relationships.
• Must be able to quickly understand the client, their products and their industry.
• Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
