Junior/mid Copywriter at Sanlam Indie

Roles & Responsibilities

You’ll be guided by creative leads in the Marketing and Growth teams to deliver:

• Conceptualising and developing Indie brand and product campaigns
• Working with a multimedia designer and social media manager, you will conceptualise and drive social content across our various platforms
• Supporting the Growth team with web assets
• Support the Marketing and Growth teams in the production of various advertising formats
• Be a champion of the Sanlam Indie brand and tone

Our Ideal Candidate

• Roughly 4 years of experience in copywriting
• You live and breathe everything digital, and can demonstrate this with your portfolio
• You can demonstrate both solid campaign thinking and then execution across a number of digital touch-points
• A self-starter who thrives in a high-energy, high-growth environment

Bonus points if

• You have agency experience
• You have a few creative/industry awards under your belt
• You see yourself as a content creator able to take ideas from concept to execution
• You’ve had experience using data to inform your work (A/B testing, analytics, etc)
• You can roll with change as our business grows bigger and better
• You can push ideas beyond the basics
