    Junior People Supporter Practitioner

    DESCRIPTION
    In the Support and Contact Center Division, we are seeking a qualified and seasoned individual who appreciates providing HR support to a wide range of clients and is passionate about what they do. In addition to helping the People Support Manager develop and implement Organisation Development (OD) activities, providing recruitment support, preparing, and maintaining People Support (PS) reports and documentation, and taking part in significant People Support engagement projects and/or initiatives are also responsibilities of the function.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Primarily, you will be responsible to:
    • Recruit from end to end
    • Provide Employee Relations (IR) advice to clients
    • Organise disciplinary hearings
    • Act as a PS representative in the disciplinary hearings
    • Advise on PS Policies and Procedures
    • Complete monthly PS Reports and Administration
    • Facilitate Organisational Change
    • Facilitate Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) meetings
    • Provide PS Project Support
    • Conduct PS training initiatives
    • To excel in our environment, we require the following qualification and experience:
    • Must have a 3 Year Diploma or Degree in HR Management / Industrial and Organisational Psychology
    • Approximately 2 years’ experience as HR Administrator
    • Min 1 years’ practical generalist experience as a Junior PS Practitioner, with exposure to dealing with IR related matters
    • Must be proficient in MS Office [ MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS word]
    • You will also be required to display the following behavioural competencies:

    • Deliver results and meet customer expectations
    • Adapt and respond to change
    • Cope with pressures and setbacks
