The purpose of this role is to project manage Operational security projects and support security hygiene activities across the global Client environment. This role will be to work to and support the Senior Project Manager in delivering a varied and high-volume project workload.
Role Responsibility
Commercially aware with an understanding of project structure, roles and responsibilities, risks, issues
Works with and supports the Project/Programme manager to deliver a defined programme of work
Able to prioritize their own workload and be comfortable calling out scheduling conflicts
Ensures that project artefacts are produced and maintained per PM methodology
Actively identifies, projects risks and issues, recording correctly and working with the Project/Programme manager to prioritize and mitigate
Able to communicate with project stakeholders at all levels within the business
Carries out project activities using a standard project management package
Provide accurate and timely status reports on their ongoing project activities
Tech competencies
Experience of a SOC environment would be beneficial
Jira user (Nice to have not essential)
Governance and risk management awareness
Waterfall and agile aware
Who are we looking for?
Someone with experience of working in a project environment who is keen to learn and develop
Ideally you will have experience of working in a cyber security with domain knowledge
A team player-experience of working collaboratively
Good stakeholder engagement
Experience in managing stakeholders and able to adapt approach/style to different individuals and teams.
