The successful candidate will be responsible for quantity surveying functions on the project as directed by the Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Requirements

Requirements (Skills and Experience)

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying
• 3 Years' experience within the Civil Construction Industry
• CCS/Candy Experience
• Buildsmart System Experience
• FIDIC
• Microsoft Office
• Experience in working with large corporate entities

Key Duties / Responsibilities

• Measurement records and monthly payment certificates
• Change management measurements and valuation
• Inputs to monthly cost reports, cash flows and budgets
• Cost Control functions
• Subcontract administration
• Correspondence and Recordkeeping
