    Your contribution:

    Junior Recruiter responsibilities include using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates, and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. If you have solid networking skills, know how to source on social media, and enjoy learning about different Tech, Product, and Media roles, we’d like to meet you.

     

    What we are looking for...

    • Ability to identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)

    • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs

    • Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers, and get hired

    • You'll have either an internal recruitment or agency background, both would be great 

    • To deliver on hires (Product, Data, UX Researcher, UX Design, IT Support) whilst having some focus on other roles too

    • You will need to have a flexible attitude to work (every day is different)

    • You will have the ability to cope under pressure, work as part of a team as well as on your own

    • Crafting and sending recruiting emails

    • Coordinating with hiring managers to determine position requirements

    What you will be doing...

    As a Recruiter you will be responsible for:

     

    Delivery:

    • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using our Databases, and Social media platforms, ensuring that we are headhunting the best candidates for our clients.

    • Talent pools: Pipelining exceptional candidates.

    • Conducting interviews to screen candidates considering cultural fit, soft skills, tech skills knowledge, experience, and aptitudes.

    • Tracking the candidate and client experience using Typeform Survey forms, allowing you a clear understanding of the quality of work.

    • Internal applicants: Work closely with Hiring Managers to create job descriptions.

    • Being in charge of the internal referral program, if there is no one in place creating one.

    • Offer negotiation and closing candidates

    • Promote our employer brand online and offline

    • Maintain candidate databases (Manatal/Greenhouse)

     

    Client Management:

    • Support the Senior Talent Partner with the designing and implementation of the overall recruiting strategy for our clients.

    • Support with the building of a transparent, and effective reporting and communication methodology, using the client's ATS, Global {M}’s Manatal, Trello boards, Slack to create a data-driven recruitment strategy for our clients.

    • Being present within weekly meetings with the client Account Manager and hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.

    • Providing the data to the Senior Talent Partner and/or Account manager to ensure analytical and well-documented recruiting reports are created for the rest of the management team.

    • Promote the company’s reputation and participate in meetups, events, etc.
