Junior Secretary/Typist: Bloemfontein at FS Personnel Recruitment

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Relevant secretarial or legal qualification (advantageous)
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Secretary/Typist (legal environment advantageous) (Not Compulsory)
• Excellent typing skills (speed and accuracy essential)
• Computer literate (MS Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Strong communication skills (English & Afrikaans)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Valid Driver’s License and own reliable vehicle

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Typing of legal documents, correspondence, and reports
• Dictaphone typing
• Managing diaries, appointments, and meetings
• Handling incoming calls and client queries
• Drafting and formatting legal documents
• Liaising with clients, courts, and other stakeholders
• General administrative support to attorneys

Salary: R14 000 – R15 500 CTC p/m (Pension Fund Included) (Depending on experience)
