Essential Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts.
• Must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Fine Dining Establishment.
• Must have at least One year of experience in a Junior Sous or Sous Chef role.
• Excellent control of food cost, wastage, and kitchen preparation.
• Own vehicle or reliable transport.
• Able to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays with a long cycle of consecutive workdays.

Skills and Competencies:

• Knowledge of food preparation and Kitchen hygiene.
• Knowledge and understanding of stock procedures and control.
