Job Description
What your role looks like

• Yuppiechef’s Supplier Marketing model is run in a similar fashion to that of an advertising/media agency, creating impactful paid campaigns for our supplier partners, using Yuppiechef's own brand voice, look and feel, and communications channels. As the Junior Supplier Marketer your role will cover the following:

• Building strong relationships with our suppliers, and keeping in close contact with them based on their campaign needs, making sure that all deadlines and objectives are met
• Creating an efficient and transparent workflow system to manage suppliers’ briefs and feedback
• Interpreting briefs for our internal design and digital media teams, with all the detail that they’ll need to effectively execute the campaign 
• Keeping all teammates up to date with suppliers’ bookings as needed
• Working closely with the Marketing Manager to stay aligned on expectations and opportunities for each supplier
• Efficiently managing all billing and invoices with the Finance team
• Compiling and distributing post-campaign analyses for supplier campaigns
• Ensuring suppliers feel confident in our ability to represent their brand and meet their goals, and using successes to drive continuous sales

What experience and skills you need for the role 

• At least 2 years’ experience of client service (account executive level is acceptable) within an advertising agency or a role similar to that, co-ordinating campaign timelines with clients, working between art directors/designers and client approvals, and managing costing approvals
• Skilled user of Excel, Airtable or a similar task management system
