Key Account Manager Retail at Syndicate Personnel Specialists

Role Overview:

A leader in consumer goods and manufacturer of some of the most loved personal and home care brands in South Africa is recruiting for a National Key Account Manager Manager focussing on the Retail portfolio . They require candidates with strong Commercial, Joint Business Planning as well as Cycle trading term experience.

Non Negotiables:

• Degree or 3 year Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years FMCG / Manufacturing  experience preferably with a Personal /Home Care organisation
• Proven relationships with Shoprite, Pick 'n Pay or Spar 
• P&L responsibility
• Cycle Trading term (start to end)

KPI's would include:

• Develop and align account plans to the overall Business Plan
• Develop sales strategy within account planning process
• Builds and develops plans within the customer mix to deliver the required account volume and profit objectives as set by the Company.
• Achieve Market share, Sales and Trade Money Budgets
• Drive regional agents to ensure execution of activities within the different accounts.
• Deliver on Customer P&L

This role requires you to be hands-on involved – lead by example in the trade.
