Key Performance Area

Effective Account Management

• Develop and maintain business relationship with customers.
• Develop and maintain an account plan within the context of the customers objectives and segment strategy
• Understand the customers’ requirements and implement customer business growth strategies in conjunction with Africa Data Centres’s delivery and support functions

Build and Grow Client Relationships To ensure excellent Customer Experience

• Understand clients' business and generate new ideas.
• Maintain or improve account profitability by customizing solutions as per customer requirements
• Identify new market opportunities by selling and integrating ADC’s offerings to new and existing clients

Development and maintenance of a sales pipeline in order to reach sales targets

• Identify and establish relationships in new and existing geography and segments
• Keep abreast on the market changes and have a broad understanding of Data Centres Services, Frameworks, Technologies.  Have clear understanding of customer business, technology and strategies.

Requirements

Formal Qualifications Required

• Essential-Relevant Diploma/Bachelors

Job Related Experience Required

• Minimum 3 years knowledge and proven track record in Sales

Job Related Knowledge Required

• Business Acumen
• Proficient in MS Office
• General understanding of Enterprises
• Technical knowledge within Data Centers
