    Key Account Manager

    About the Job

    • The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients.. 

    Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

    • Maintain and expand relationships with defined client base
    • Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to an account and building long-term relationships with defined Doctors and their front office staff through constant interactions and visits.
    • Liaising between the customer and CS, SAMS, Account manager and ASKPROF.
    • Responsible for assessing, clarifying, and validating the clients’ needs on an ongoing basis, maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.
    • Liaising and preparing with the help of analytical department for doctor’s Quarterly      reviews.
    • Management, preparation and booking of the QR meetings and reports, ensuring the CRM is updated accordingly.
    • Participates in the Quarterly reviews and relays feedback through the various channels.
    • Maintains data and information relevant to the account
    • Expand the relationship with the existing clients by continuously proposing solutions and developing compelling resolutions to client’s issues.
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Xpedient solutions
    • Overcome the lack of regular communication with the Doctors
    • Attending predetermined CPD, conferences and events in line with the KAM strategy.
    • Responsible for developing a trust relationship, keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis ensuring the key accounts stay with Xpedient.
    • Be up-to-date on market trends, consumer trends, and the competitive environment
    • Have intimate knowledge of the Xpedient brand, its values and positioning in the market place.

    Qualifying Criteria:

    • Clean record
    • Valid driver’s license
    • Must have his/her own iPad
    • Previous KAM experience a must have (5 years)
    • Own Vehicle
    • Preferably over 30 years of age
