Salary: R28 000 – R35 000

Job Duties:

• Manage and oversee all kitchen operations
• Supervise and train kitchen staff
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Control food costs, stock, and ordering
• Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Develop menus in collaboration with the Head Chef / Executive Chef
• Handle kitchen scheduling and staff performance

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role
• Proven experience in a 4-5 star Lodge and/or Hotel
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Culinary qualification (advantageous)
• Strong background in hospitality or restaurant management
• Food portfolio and recent payslip must acompany your application
